Ordinarily, the CERT training program is involved in helping with events, health and otherwise, after the event has happened. There are, however, some events in our lives that can be avoided by preventative issues. The CERT group has arranged for the following session which should be of interest to us all.
On Wednesday March 11th, at 2:00 PM, in our rec hall, the CERT’s group is sponsoring a talk by Alicia Dalto, a nurse from the NCH Cardiac unit, on avoiding cardiac and other complications through proper diet. It is a topic which should be of interest to all of us in this day and age.
